A Body Harmony weekend for anyone with a body who would like to take more control of their own destiny, and support others to do the same.
On this weekend we will explore how to embody our intentions using Body Harmony’s goal-setting, witnessing, and gentle listening touch skills to change the way we relate to our inner life.
By paying attention to our own habits of breath, posture, movement and held beliefs; and by receiving practical, supportive feedback from peers, we become more aware of our unconscious limiting patterns and stories held deep within the body. Once aware, we have the choice, from moment to moment, how to respond intelligently to any situation. Through maximising these choices, you can make your life more how you want it to be.
Everyone is welcome: from newcomers to experienced bodyworkers, and anyone in between.
