Deepening knowledge

To be a practitioner and teacher with the Body Harmony Association is an ongoing process. We learn from every session we do and also come together in seminars frequently to learn from each other.

As association members, the next opportunity to deepen your knowledge about anatomy will be two classes online.

Two of our Body Harmony teachers have also trained as physiotherapists, Kate Verney and Eva Willenheimer.

They will guide us to explore more about the upper neck and jaw; and later on the anatomy of the shoulder blade and arm.

So all members of the association are warmly welcome to join these teachings on the 9th and the 30th of March. The invitation will soon be in your mail box.

Meet your Teachers

Eva Willenheimer

Eva met and fell in love with Body Harmony in 1991 and became a Teacher in 2003. Already a physiotherapist, she found what she had been looking for — a way to not only treat the physical body, but also support her clients to become happy and healthy.

Kate Verney

Kate has practised Body Harmony since 1996, and taught since 1998. She is a massage therapist, mother and grandmother who values play. A physiotherapist and clown / acrobat / wire walker, she lives beside the South Wales seaside, where she swims throughout the year.
