Trusting Intuition

This is a short story about how I was invited into Body Harmony, trusting something one can call intuition.

1991 I was living in the north of Sweden. It was spring and there was still a lot of snow outside. In the morning newspaper I saw a small ad. It said ”weekend seminar, Body Harmony” and a phone number. Without any real thoughts I dialled the number and said: “I am coming!” – I just knew I wanted to take part in this.

After that my brain started to get involved. What was this and why did I reserve a place at this seminar? I had never heard about Body Harmony in any shape or form. So to satisfy the mental part of my being I made another phone call that evening. The friendly woman on the phone explained a few things and I became  even more interested.
This how I met my first Body Harmony teacher, Christina Diven, and it was just a starting point for a long lovely adventure into so much new knowledge about life.
