When you learn how to work with Body Harmony it is a mainly a hands-on experience. In every class you work with your own body and mind-set. Working through different aspects of Body Harmony and with the focus on your own wellbeing.

Because of that I am so thrilled to be going to the Body Harmony Association’s International conference in Almunecar, Southern Spain, next week.

I know how my body is feeling right now but how will it feel after the seminar?

It is a thrill to be curious about that, knowing how I feel before, but not how I will feel afterwards… 

We still have a few spaces left for this amazing seminar, so it’s not too late to enrol for either 5 days or the full 8 days. Single day attendance is also available. However, attendance must commence with Day 1. Cost per day is 150 Euros. Day payments are non-refundable.
